- Leaving Nawarpani leads us to Langa Camp between the east and west banks, reaching Ghyamghar (3755m) and approaching the settlement of Sisaul, while avoiding the less inviting cliffs before arrival.
- The next journey leads us to the entry into the stunning valley of Dho Tarap (3945m), proudly showcasing all the defining features of the authentic Dolpo region, and get soaked in the cultural and natural beauty.
- It's necessary to give rest to our body, so rest at Dho Tarap, explore the allure of Dho Tarap and indulge in well-deserved relaxation place boasts a collection of chortens, a situated monastery and houses.
- After relaxation, head to Chhoila Khola Camp (4800m), including a visit to the Crystal Mountain School en route to Tokyu (4209m), and explore Champa Gompa upon arrival, establish your camp at Chhoila.
- Wake up with a view of the sunrise, tackle the tough 5051m Chhoila Bhanjyang with steady steps and teamwork, conquering the high pass with focus, then reach Sulung Khola Camp for a restful night's sleep.
- As the morning unfolds, the trek resumes to reach Tinjegaon (4150m) following the Panjyan Khola. Make your way to the settlement of Tinjegaon, provided with facilities such as a health post and a post office.
- At sunrise, trek past Sonma village along Panjyan Khola, reaching Mendo (4210m) to visit Pu Gomba, then continue onward to Shimengaon (3870m), where we settle in for the night amid peaceful surroundings.

- An early morning trek from Nisalgaon to Saldang after a few hours of walking, reach Dora Sumda (3670m) by crossing a bridge, from there head south to reach the exquisite territory of Saldang (3770m).
- Our day begins with a morning visit to Saldang Gompa, followed by a descent to Namgung via Kirathang (3960m). Traversing the path alongside Namgung Khola, reach Namgung Gumba, and set camp.
- Conquer the high pass and embark on the challenging journey over Sela Bhanjyang (5010m), have lunch en route, and continue the trek reaching Sheygaon (4160m), stop for the night, and stay there.
- Day 19 is dedicated to rest and revival in the stunning village of Sheygaon (4343m). Explore village attractions such as Shey Gompa, serene surroundings, and cultural richness, an absolute delight.
- Set your path to the southwest, making our way to Phoksundo River Camp via Ngangda La Pass (5360m), from Sheygaon trail aligns with the Tuk Kyaksa Khola, leading us to the peaceful Phoksundo River.
