About Everest Base Camp Trek from Kathmandu:
- Arrive in Kathmandu with a warm welcome, relax at the hotel, and get ready for an adventurous journey ahead. The next day, you will have a short flight to Lulka.
- Upon arrival, trekking will start for Phakding, 9 KM, and continue to Monjo. The next day will be a break, enjoy a 3.5-hour trek to Namche Bazaar.
- Accommodate at Namche Bazaar, trek to Hotel Everest View, and get ready for the second climb. The next day, there will be a trek for over 5 hours to Tengboche.
- Leave from Tengboche, trek along Somare, and arrive at Dingboche. Acclimatize, rest, and eat local food the next day before the second climb of the Everest Base Camp Trek.
- Starting early, trek over the dry valleys of Thukla, rest there and then drive on to Lobuche, stepping into the most challenging part of the trek.

- Today the descent will start and you will climb down to Tengboche. This will be a long 7-hour hike, so steel yourself for the ordeal to come.
- Walk up to Namche Bazaar, a tough but manageable hike. Resting, then take an 8-hour trek to Lukla, almost the last trek of Everest Base Camp.
- Celebrate at Lukla, and then fly back to Kathmandu early in the morning, marking the end of your incredible trekking adventure.
