The Brahmagiri Hills are part of Western Ghats which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is approximately 290 KM away from Banglore city. The difficulty of the trek can vary and is suitable for both beginners and experienced trekkers.&nbsp;However, the trek to the top of the Hills is a difficult one. <h3>Trekking Route</h3>The trek begins at the Irupu Falls, and you'll need to obtain necessary permits or permissions from the forest department. The initial part of the trek involves a relatively easy hike through a forested area.

<h2>Itinerary for the Brahmagiri Trek</h2> <h3>Day 1: Overnight Journey from Bangalore to Base Village</h3> <ul><li>If you begin your journey from Bangalore around 09:30 PM, you will reach the base village at 01:00 AM (Next Day)</li><li>The base village is nestled in Thirunelly, Kerala.</li><li>The distance from Banglore to Thirunelly is approximately 290 KM (One way).</li></ul> <h3>Day 2: Arrival at Base Village and trek to Brahmagiri Peak</h3> 06:00 AM to 01:30 PM<ul><li>After having a warm breakfast, follow the lead of your Trek Leader towards the Start Point.&nbsp;</li><li>Upon arriving at the Start Point, we will continue to trek towards Brahmagiri Peak enjoying the mesmeric wonders of nature.&nbsp;</li><li>It will take a few hours to reach the Peak. After reaching the peak, you will be able to witness the beauty of the Brahmagiri Hills from a 360-degree view.&nbsp;</li></ul>01:30 PM to 08:00 PM<ul><li>Start to trek back down to the Campsite.</li><li>You can conclude the day with a flavour-rich dinner with team members in the warmth of a campfire.</li></ul> <h3>Day 3: Travel from Base Village back to Bangalore</h3> 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM<ul><li>Start your day early in the morning with a warm breakfast meal and get ready for the journey back to Bangalore.&nbsp;</li><li>On the way home, you can visit Iruppu Falls.&nbsp;</li></ul>10:00 AM to 08:00 PM<ul><li>After enjoying the spellbound beauty of the Iruppi waterfalls gushing down through the lap of the Western Ghats.
