Karmalya Waterfall is located in the nearby village of Goa named Karmalya. It’s easy to visit the Waterfall as you only have to travel 1 hour from <a href="https://universaladventures.in/products/cycling-tour-of-panaji" target="_blank">Panaji</a>.

By Air:

<li>You can take a flight from New <a href="https://universaladventures.in/state/Delhi" target="_blank">Delhi</a> to Goa International Airport(GOI) (4 hours) and reach Ponda City.</li>
</ul>

By Road: 
<ul>
<li>You can drive in your car or taxi to Ponda (26 hours). You can also have a break journey from Delhi to Ponda by bus (40 hours).</li>
</ul>

By Railways:
<ul>
<li> You can take a train from the New Delhi railway station to Karmali (28 hours). After reaching Ponda city you can either drive or take a private bus 7 km away to the Karmalya Village. If you are coming from Panaji, it will take approximately take 3:30 hours for the waterfall (37 km). </li>

Karmalya Waterfall is a great place to visit after the monsoon season in the month of July to October. Karmalya Waterfall is a hidden waterfall in Goa that is famous among the local people of the village. After reaching the village, you can directly go to the fall as it is located near the road. After reaching the waterfall, you can divide your whole trek to see the origin of the waterfall. You can enjoy the bottom of the fall and can trek to the top origin of the fall with a little care. The road for trekking is a little bit slippery. Before starting the trek, wear supporting trekking shoes and carry only the required amount of luggage. Trek beside the fall for about 1km (7-10 minutes) and you will reach halfway to the waterfall. The falls look spectacular from this location. You can sit and enjoy yourself in this location. At this location, you can also enjoy bathing in the fall with your friends and family. The sound of the falling water appears soothing to the years. You can again trek for 700 meters (5 – 7 minutes) from this location to the origin of the waterfall. You will experience a beautiful scenic view of the origin of the waterfall. The place appears calm and soothing. A small group of villagers can be seen nearby the fall.
