• Meet your instructor for an introduction at the designated location at least 30 minutes prior to the start time.

Know Before You Go for Paragliding:

• Put on loose-fitting clothing, such as T-shirts, shorts, and track trousers.
• Wait until the pilot calls for your turn after you arrive at the paragliding spot.
• Paragliding is not permitted for anyone younger than 12 years old. To participate, you must weigh between 30 kg and 85 kg.
• Using a personal sanitizing kit, keep social distance up. Maintain social behavior as well.
• Avoid consuming large meals or alcoholic beverages before the activity.
