Know Before You Go for Manali Leh Manali Bike Trip:

  • Stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, kingdom and entry fees, monument entries, digital digicam charges, permissions, and other items are not included in the package.
  • The package value is subject to GST.
  • A bicycle trip is not recommended for women who are more than three months pregnant, anybody who has had major surgery, anyone who has a damaged leg/arm, anyone who has chronic lower back or neck aches, and so on.
  • The climatic circumstances at high elevations differ from those on the plains; it's really beneficial to take your time acclimating to high altitudes.
  • Before embarking on the journey, see a physician. At some point during the trip, bring basic medical supplies and the first-aid kit.
  • It is recommended that you bring enough warm clothing and appropriate footwear for the expedition. The ideal luggage weight is 60 litres, as you'll need to get the bags to a backup car, housing, and so on.
  • Rates may also vary depending on whether or not there is an extrusion in services/motels. Any price difference will be paid by the purchaser in the event of a change within the bundle due to an increase in the number of people, additional lodging, or other factors occurring before the commencement of the voyage.
  • The difficulty with motels is that they are few. If they are no longer available, the travellers may be accommodated in similar goods.
  • Universal Adventure retains the right to change the itinerary in the event of a disruption (e.g., a change in the weather, a change in the political situation, or any other reason), without affecting the total number of days or compromising any service.
  • Liability for changes in itinerary caused by factors outside our control, such as changes in flight and teaching schedules, airline/train cancellations, political disruptions, natural phenomena, blockages, and so on, will no longer be covered by the bundle price. There will be no reimbursement for any services or facilities that have been neglected.
  • If the tour or a certain activity isn't performed for any reason, herbal or private, no reimbursement will be issued.
  • To have a safe and enjoyable vacation, pay attention to the excursion courses and trainers.
  • Any personal costs or items of a personal character will no longer be covered by the package. Any food or transports that are no longer listed on the schedule should be considered an exclusion from the package. Any type of beverage (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package price.
  • Any breakage or damage to equipment within the inn may be invoiced at cost.
  • Carry plenty of cash because ATMs are scarce in high-altitude places, and there are sometimes long lines.
  • All passengers are required to carry a duplicate of their clinical certificate (if applicable).
  • At some time during the journey, you may be transported in cars that do not have air conditioning or heaters. While travelling, please dress in weather-appropriate clothing.
  • If a visitor wants to or decides to leave the ride within the facility, the visitor is responsible for all costs from that point on. Neither the operator nor Universa Adventure may be held responsible for any such choices or refunds.
  • Guidelines provided by the state government must be followed. Distancing from others must be maintained. Hand sanitization and mask usage are recommended regularly.
  • When riding a motorcycle, always have your driver's licence with you, wear helmets and other protective gear, and so on.
  • Do not leave your motorbike parked in the middle of the road. Any damages incurred as a result of the rider's carelessness may be paid by the rider.
  • Before each day's journey, thoroughly inspect your bikes and make sure the excursion manual is aware of the situation.
  • Any gasoline for the bikes, any charges for spare parts, and any damage to the motorcycles, among other things, maybe paid separately.
  • During a motorcycle ride, if the roads are blocked due to landslides or other factors beyond our control, Universal Adventure will reschedule the itinerary for the travellers in real-time; however, the cost of alternative lodging will be borne by the customer because pre-booked motels have cancellation policies that are nonrefundable.
  • If a rider abandons the motorbike in the middle of a journey, the rider may be responsible for the costs of re-transporting the motorcycle to the destination.
  • Depending on the version selected, there may be a refundable security deposit for motor motorcycles. Please make sure you pay for it ahead of time and keep the receipt with you at all times so you may get reimbursed afterwards.
