Know Before you Book Paragliding at Idukki:
- Paragliding in Alwar is as crucial as severe it is. If you are suffering from bone and joint injuries, disc compression, and osteoporosis, avoid the activity.
- People with other common health issues like migraine and high blood pressure are also told to inform before flying.
- Read, understand and follow the instructions given by the Pilot who assists you while Paragliding.
- Also, the Pilot will schedule the Paragliding based on thermal and wind presence. It is not advisable to Paraglide while raining.
