Know before you go for Bhandardara Fireflies Festival Camping from Pune:
- Please bring the ID provided by the government.
- We'll need to use masks and hand sanitizer.
- Guests in our group will need to carry their own hiking gear on this trek.
- Bring a backpack with some essentials, such as a torch, for each trek you go.
- It's crucial to always carry some kind of first aid equipment.
- The organization will provide dinner and a snack the first night, as well as breakfast the following morning.

May & June is often the warmest and most humid month of the year, making it the perfect time to watch fireflies. Because of their nocturnal habits, the ideal time to go firefly watching is after dark.
What do I need to carry for the Camping?
Bring the essentials for a camping trip: a lantern, water bottle, camera, some dry fruits, etc. We'll provide tents and meals.
When I see Fireflies, what should I do?
Because fireflies are photosensitive, artificial lighting might spook them. Use a red-light flashlight if you must use one.
Do I need to provide any documentation during the trip?
Yes, please remember to bring your government-issued photo ID and the voucher you were given when you made your reservation.
What happens to me if I become sick on the trip?
Use your first aid box, and if the illness seems to be airborne or severe, immediate quarantine will be done, and the vacation will cease immediately.
What should I do with the extra food and waste?
Please remember to take all of your garbage homes with you if you plan on bringing any food or beverages with you. Pests attracted by leftover food may be harmful to fireflies and other animals.

The pickup time is strict, so if you can't make it at that time, you'll need to reschedule right away.
Will I be paid if a teammate causes me to lose anything or get hurt?
We don't provide any kind of insurance, and if our guests act inappropriately, we'll have to cancel their whole vacation right away.
Do I have to pay extra for bus transportation?
No, if you are booking with Transportation then you won’t have to pay any penny as it will cover all your transportation charges.
