- For customers using Group Tour services (SIC tours), it is required that they be present at the designated pickup point at the time specified by the company. In the event of any delays or tardiness by the customer, the tour will proceed as scheduled. We bear no responsibility in such cases.
- For private driver and guide: Our pricing is based on the itinerary and schedule we’ve planned. If you wish to adjust the route, modify the schedule, or require additional hours for the guide and driver, please contact us for a revised quotation.
- If your hotel is located more than 10km from the city center or the visiting pointsand you wish to travel back and forth during the trip, kindly inform us in advance so we can provide an accurate quote. Typically, for hotels farther from the center or visiting sites, the guide and driver will follow the planned itinerary and drop you off at your hotel at the end of the trip, rather than making multiple trips back and forth.
- For airport transfer: All airport transfers are private vehicles and provide transportation from Point A to Point B only. There will be no waiting time or additional stops along the way or in different directions. If you wish to add or change stops, please contact us for a revised quotation or applicable surcharge.
- We will notify you of cable car maintenance, which occurs regularly and unexpectedly, upon receiving information from the cable car operator.
- The itinerary might change due to unexpected or spontaneous government instructions, weather, or local policy change, which will be informed upon the happening time.
- We are not liable for flight-related issues or passports expired for customers. Even if there are delays/changes in flight tickets, we keep the Tour Cancellation Policy unchanged, but we’ll provide the best support for you.
- No refunds for uncontrollable issues like hotel construction or weather; we will assist you in finding the best solution. Check the weather forecast and plan accordingly.
