Know Before You Go Trekking in Matheran 

  • two-thirds liter of water should be carried.

  • For the trek, a packed lunch must be carried.
  • Trekking On a hike, shoes give increased traction and comfort (must)

By Train:Mumbai Central Railway Station(MMCT) and other stations serve the city. Direct trains are available in Mumbai as it has many stations, you take a taxi from the station to reach your destination.
