  • Trekkers, especially children and older adults, should assess their fitness level before Kodachadri Trekking.
  • Prevent clothing that is uncomfortable (like saris, etc.) Carrying jewellery or other valuables isn't advisable for the Stay in Kodachadri.
  • Have a raincoat, waterproof bag cover, a torch or headlamp and portable chargers with you at all times during the Kodachadri Trek.
  • Wear a comfortable and strong pair of trekking shoes during the trek at Kodachadri Betta. A small backpack would be good enough to carry your stuff.
  • You will need a constant boost of energy during your trek, so do carry sufficient water, snacks or energy bars. Pack your medication before the trek.
