About Anjaneri Fort:
- With its pleasing beauty, Anjaneri fort is said to be the birthplace of God Hanuman which attract people to visit the place more. It is said that on the behalf of Hanuman's mother named "Anjani" the fort name was kept as "Anjaneri".
- Curcuma species include the Cape York Lily. In Sanskrit, Curcuma signifies turmeric. This flower, as the name implies, has both medicinal and culinary properties. These blooms are infrequently seen in the Western Ghats, although they are abundant on the Anjaneri Fort Trek.

- 2/3 of a liter of water should be carried.
