Know Before you go for Tarsar Marsar Trek:

• Have a valid ID proof with you. 
• You will need to have a medical certificate from a registered medical professional. 
• Individuals suffering from any severe medical conditions should avoid participating in the trek. 
• The authority has the right to cancel your trek if your fitness level does not meet the requirements.
• Having previous trekking experience will be a plus point. 
• The trek can be taken by beginners who are fulfilling the fitness requirements.
• Children above the age of 10 years old are welcome to join the trek. 
• Children below the age of 15 must be accompanied by their parents/guardians.
