Know before you book
- Rates can also change due to any changes in services or lodgings. In the event of a change within the bundle due to an increase in the number of guests, the client will be responsible for the difference within the fee.
- The accommodations are tough to get by due to their scarcity. If they are no longer available, guests will be accommodated in assets of equivalent quality.
- Universal Adventures retains the right to change the schedule due to any type of disruption (e.g., weather, political situation, or other factors) without changing the entire number of days or compromising any service.
- The package does not include all-access tickets to stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, kingdom and access fees, monument entries, or digital digicam fees, among other things.
- Any personal belongings or items of a personal nature will no longer be secured within the package. Any food or transfers that are no longer mentioned in the itinerary are considered exclusions from the offer.
- Any type of beverage (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) isn't necessarily covered by the package charge.
- It is necessary to follow the guidelines established by the state government. Distancing from others must be maintained. Hand sanitizers and masks should be used often.
- Every male and female tourist must present identification at the time of booking as well as upon arrival. PAN cards will no longer be accepted as valid proof of identity.
- Any breakage or damage to equipment within the inn may be invoiced at cost.
- The retreat has increased the frequency of cleaning public spaces (such as the lobby, doorknobs, odd location washrooms, and so on). The rooms and the entire life are thoroughly wiped clean before each check-in and set up each check-out.
- Antibacterial hand sanitizers are available at several points across the assets.
- Staff temperature monitoring daily
- For Standard, Deluxe, and Super Deluxe properties, the show charges are for a minimum of 2 PAX.
- The greater adventure sports and ropeways/cable vehicles aren't included in the excursion and aren't insured.
- Stay inside the confines of the base classroom, depending on the version chosen.
- If the journey or a specific pastime isn't always completed for any reason, natural or private, no reimbursement will be processed.
- Transportation Permits to Rohtang by skip are available on the ground and are therefore not covered within the Package.
