- Arrive at a scenic location and warm up.
- A full demonstration will be given to the participant, including utilising the equipment properly, the proper technique for performing the activity, and the safety procedures.
- Put on the safety equipment such as helmets, carabineers, gloves and cable and rest assured of your safety.
- Begin descending a 70 ft. rock and feel the adrenaline pumping in you.
