Know before you book
- Every visitor is required to show identification at the time of booking as well as upon arrival. PAN cards will no longer be accepted as valid forms of identification.
- Rates may also fluctuate depending on which services/inns are used. If the package is changed due to an increase in the number of visitors, a change in the motel, or other factors before the commencement of the experience, the difference in the charge will be borne by the patron.
- Please keep in mind that the cost of the package may vary depending on the cost of the airplane tickets, availability, and the tour date. It is suggested that you get assistance from the travel agent.
- The inns are arranged by their availability. If they are no longer available, the tourists may be accommodated in similar accommodations.
- Universal Adventures retains the right to change the schedule if any form of disruption occurs (e.g., weather, political conditions, or other factors), without changing the total number of days or compromising any service.
- The package does not include all-access tickets to stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, nation and access fees, monument entries, digital digicam pricing, permits, and other items.
- The bundle fee is subject to GST.
- Any personal data or devices of a personal nature will no longer be safeguarded within the package. Any food or transport that is no longer listed on the schedule should be considered an exclusion from the package. The package charge does not cover any form of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water).
- Avoid using plastic luggage to preserve the destination's ecological stability. Travelers who litter may face fines.
- The use of a swimming pool at any lodging is strictly regulated by the authorities.
- Any breakage or damage to items inside the lodge will be invoiced at cost.
- All international and domestic flights, visa fees, airport tax, and any sort of insurance coverage are not included in the package.
- If a vacationer wants to or chooses to leave the event within the middle, the vacationer will be responsible for any expenditures incurred from that point on. The operator and Universal Adventures are not responsible for such decisions or any refunds.
- It is necessary to follow the guidelines established by the state government. Distancing from others must be maintained. Hand sanitizers and masks should be used often.
- Children above the age of eight are likely to be treated as adults solely. There are no fees for children under the age of eight.
- The package charge does not cover any form of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water).
- The extra adventure sports and ropeways/cable vehicles are on your own own and aren't covered by the expedition.
- For Standard, Deluxe, and Super Deluxe properties, the show fees listed are for a minimum of 2 PAX.
- Stay inside the confines of the base classroom, according to the version you've chosen.
- If the excursion or a certain hobby isn't finished for any reason, whether natural or personal, no reimbursement will be issued.
- Transportation Permits to Rohtang by skip are available on the ground and are not covered under the Package.
- Outside of the hilly places, AC does no longer works.
