Know before you book
- Rates may also alter as a result of any changes in services or accommodations. The price difference will be borne by the customer in the event of a modification in the package due to an increase in the number of visitors, hotel extrusions, or other factors occurring before the commencement of the voyage.
- The lodgings are anxious about the availability of their rooms. If they are no longer available, the visitors will be accommodated in equivalent properties.
- Universal Adventures maintains the right to change the schedule due to any type of disruption (e.g., weather, political conditions, or other factors) without converting the entire range of days or compromising any service.
- The package does not include all-access tickets to stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, the nation, and access costs, monument admissions, digital digicam charges, permissions, and other fees.
- The bundling value is subject to GST.
- Any personal items or items of a personal nature will no longer be safeguarded within the bundle. Any food or transport that is no longer specified in the itinerary is to be considered an exclusion from the offer. Any type of beverage (alcoholic, carbonated, or mineral water) is not covered by the bundle value.
- Avoid using plastic luggage to protect the destinations' ecological stability. Travelers who litter may face fines.
- The use of a swimming pool at any hotel is strictly governed by the authority's rules.
- Any breakage or damage to any of the inn's equipment might be invoiced at cost.
- If a traveler wants to or chooses to leave the journey inside the middle, the traveler is responsible for all charges from that point forward. For such choices or any reimbursement, neither the operator nor Universal Adventures can be held liable.
- Guidelines provided by the state government must be followed. Distancing from others must be maintained. Hand sanitizers and masks should be used often.
- Every male and female tourist must present identification at the time of booking as well as upon arrival. PAN cards will no longer be accepted as valid proof of identity.
- All international and domestic flights, visa fees, airport tax, and any type of insurance coverage are not included in the package.
- Any type of beverage (alcoholic, carbonated, or mineral water) is not covered by the bundle value.
- For Standard, Deluxe, and Super Deluxe properties, the show fees are for a minimum of 2 PAX.
- Transportation Permits to Rohtang by skip are available on the ground and are therefore not covered within the Package.
- If the tour or a certain hobby is not finished for any reason, herbal or private, there will be no compensation.
- Depending on the version chosen, stay within the base classroom.
- The additional adventure sports and ropeways/cable vehicles are at your own risk and are not covered by the expedition.
- AC doesn't work in hilly places any longer.
