Know before you book
- Everyone must present their ID proof at the time of booking as well as upon arrival. PAN cards will no longer be accepted as valid proof of identity.
- Non-swimmers are also welcome to join in.
- River rafting is entirely dependent on the water flow from the Kundalika Dam. It may not be available due to Kundalika Dam operational issues on rare occasions. In that scenario, a Rafting refund may be requested.
- A bonfire is not strange for anyone to light, and it is entirely depending on the weather.
- The excursion operator is aware of all inclusions contained within the program. If you do not receive any, please inform the trip operator of the current time.
- Meals are covered by the plan; if a customer prefers to no longer eat at the camp, the Tour operator or Universal Adventures isn't responsible for processing any monetary refunds.
- Rafting is not permitted for pregnant women, and water sports are nonrefundable if canceled due to the use of holidaymakers for any reason.
- In the event of rain, it may be difficult for visitors to reach the campsite, and the operator may have to wait up to an hour for the rain to stop. For reasons like these, the excursion operator or Universal Adventures may not be liable for cancellation, and a refund may not be available.
