Know before you book
- Rates can also differ depending on which services/resorts are used. The difference in the charge will be borne by the client in the event of any changes to the package deal before the start of the ride, such as an increase in the number of guests, a resort change, etc.
- The resorts are tough to book because of their limited availability. If they are no longer available, the tourists may be housed in similar properties.
- Universal Adventures maintains the right to change the schedule due to any type of disruption (e.g., weather, political conditions, or other factors), without converting the total number of days or compromising any service.
- The package deal fee is subject to GST.
- Any personal expenses or items of a personal nature will no longer be covered by the package agreement. Any food or transfers that are no longer mentioned in the schedule should be considered an exclusion from the bargain. Any type of beverage (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package deal price.
- Avoid using plastic luggage to help preserve the destinations' ecological stability. Travelers who litter may face fines.
- Any breakage or damage to equipment within the inn may be invoiced at cost.
- If a tourist wants to or chooses to exit the ride within the center, the tourist is responsible for all fees from that point forward. The operator and Universal Adventures cannot be held liable for such choices or any reimbursement.
- Guidelines provided by the state government must be followed. Distancing from others must be maintained. Hand sanitizers and masks should be used often.
- Every visitor must present identification at the time of booking as well as when they arrive. PAN cards will no longer be accepted as valid proof of identity.
