Know before you book
- Universal Adventures retains the right to rearrange or change the itinerary due to factors that cannot be controlled in the future, such as natural disasters, weather conditions, or road closures.
- Expenses incurred as a result of factors beyond our control, such as train and aircraft delays, road closures, and vehicle breakdowns. Political unrest, for example.
- All sightseeing, amusement parks, and boating fees are included in the ticket price.
- Airfares, train fares, and bus fares are not included in the package.
- Please remember to bring some cold-weather clothing as you may need it after you are at Munnar, the hill station.
- Please provide the operator with an estimate of your flight times before your departure date.
- Between June and September, heavy rains are common, which implies that itinerary changes may be necessary. A permit will not be available if the roads are shut due to landslides or another natural disaster. Universal Adventures will arrange alternate sightseeing for travelers, but the cost of opportunity lodging must be borne by the purchaser because resorts that have been prebooked have cancellation policies that are nonrefundable. This is also what happens when you book the resorts on your own.
- All food is kept as close to the houseboat as possible.

- Every visitor must present identification at the time of booking as well as when they arrive. PAN cards will no longer be accepted as valid proof of identity.

- For basic, deluxe, and super deluxe properties, the show rates are for a minimum of 2 PAX.
