- Start your journey by Local CSMT Train from Mumbai to reach Kasara as per the timing and then travel to Bari Village via Local Transport.
- After reaching the Base Village early in the morning, freshen up and have breakfast to fill up your energy batteries before heading out for Kalsubai Trekking.
- Have a short introductory session to get to know about the Team, Trek plans, and safety instructions for the Trek from an experienced Guide that makes everything easy to understand.
- Once the instructions are crystal clear, tighten up your gear, pack your bags up, and ignite your Trek towards Kalsubai Peak following the Trek Leader.
- Conquer the summit at 1646 Metres navigating your way through dense forests and hearing the whispers of towering trees. We take a few halts here and there as we enjoy the beautiful view of Bandardara's Arthur Lake.
- We reach the Kalsubai Temple in time for sunrise. Spend some time at the Peak capturing the canvas of surroundings filled with fine artwork of mother nature painted saffron by the rising sun.
- Slip away in the aromatic flavour of your meals and feel your taste buds tingle as the savoury flavour starts to melt in your mouth. Grab a Tea and have a quick breakfast before you start your descent.
- End your trip with another jeep ride back to Kasara Station bringing home unforgettable memories from the Mumbai to Kalsubai Trek.

- We need a minimum of 6 people to operate Friday Batch, if not we will shift to Saturday Batch.

Know before you book
- The Trek is weather-bound and may lead to cancellation of the trip in case of unfavourable weather conditions.
- We have the right to modify the trip schedule in case of any unforeseen situation or changes in Govt. rules and regulations.
- The trip strictly prohibited the consumption of alcohol or drugs.
- The meals during the trip will be freshly cooked and packed.
- You need to have a valid ID proof for the Trek.
- Carry a waterproof backpack or have a waterproof cover with you.
- Pack at least 2 pairs of comfortable clothes. You can also bring an extra set of clothes if you want.
- Make sure you have a raincoat, windcheater and your necessary toiletries.
- We do provide you with first aid kits, but it is recommended to have your necessary medications with you.
- To keep yourself energized during the Trek, have a water bottle and some snacks/dry fruits/energy bars.
- Avoid littering around the Trek and keep the environment clean.
- Prevent clothing that is uncomfortable (like saris, etc.)
- Carrying jewellery or other valuables isn't advisable.
- Smoking of cigarettes or consumption of liquor at the premises is allowed.
- Plucking of flowers/fruits is strictly forbidden in-house or within the areas around.
- Washroom facilities are common for all.
- The guide or instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed unfit to engage in the experience.
- Participants are not permitted to carry any object that is a razor-sharp lighter, luggage case, alcohol, blade, etc.
- The Kalsubai Trek may be delayed or postponed due to weather conditions. The new time slot will be informed in this scenario accordingly.
