- The lodges are tough to get by due to their limited availability. If they are no longer available, the guests can be accommodated in similar items.
- Universal Adventures reserves the right to change the schedule due to any type of disruption (e.g., weather, political situation, or other factors) without converting the full number of days or compromising any service.
- Children who are over the age of eight can only be considered adults.
- There are no fees for children under the age of eight.
- The package does not include all-access tickets to stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, or national and entrance fees.
- It is necessary to follow the guidelines given by the appropriate state government. Distancing from others must be maintained. Hand sanitization is recommended regularly, as is the wearing of a mask.
- Every visitor is required to show identification at the time of booking as well as upon arrival. PAN cards will no longer be accepted as valid forms of identification.
- All foreign nationals must provide their passport and visa information at the time of booking, as well as upon arrival. Any breaking or damage to any items will be charged at the current rate.
