- Tickets, once sold, will not be cancelled and the Mandovi River Cruise Price will not be refunded.
- You will be offered only One Table per booking as per the Cruise in Goa price. Admission is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Rights of admission are reserved.
- Management reserves the right to cancel or delay the cruise, alter the route, or change the type of ship in use, thus incurring no liability for damages to the passengers.

The reporting time for the dinner cruise is 8:30 PM. The cruise starts at 8:45 PM and ends at 10:45 PM, offering a two-hour experience along the Mandovi River.
For the Sunset Cruise, the reporting time is 5:15 PM, and the sailing time is from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Please arrive at the boarding point at the designated reporting time for your selected package.
