Coastal Trek To New Digha, West Bengal

• This trekking tour of 5 days from Chandipur in Odisha to New Digha in West Bengal through the coastal areas will take you on a one-of-a-kind traveling experience.
• Pass through the villages, fantastically maintained landscapes and ponds, go the rivers, and mark your foot at the white sands of the seaside at the same time as you bask in this excursion.
• Spot a few uncommon birds, crabs, and turtles that can be regarded at the seaside abundantly. Mingle with the coastal fishermen, take a look at them at the same time as they pass fishing.
• The package deal is together with food, accommodation, transportation in the course of the trip.

Day 1 -

• By afternoon, arrive at the Balashore Station.
• You will be transferred to Chandipur beach for a stay at the hotel or tent.
• The trek starts from this beach.

Day 2 -

• Post breakfast with Luchi-Tarkari and sweets, start the journey.
• Cross Buribalam and Buriamari rivers by boat.
• Continue the journey by walking and in between, you can see lots of crabs, birds, and Olive Ridley turtles.
• Stay overnight at Kasafal.
• It is 7 hours long trek for the day.

Day 3 -

• From Kasafal start walking to reach the seaside by taking a village path.
• You will pass through ponds and landscapes.
• Also, cross Haskara Khari on foot in low tide time.
• At the end of the day, you will reach Dagara.
• Witness the fishermen sailing and fishing during today's walk and you will be trekking for 8 hours in total.

Day 4 -

• Today, you will be heading to a village named Kankdapal on the banks of Subarnarekha.
• You will have to cross the Subarnarekha river to reach Talsari.
• Then move to cross the Odisha- Bengal border I Udaipur and finally reach New Digha.
• You will trek for 7 hours in total.

Day 5 -

• Depart from the hotel to go to the Digha railway station or bus stand to board on train or bus.
• Your experience ends here.

Know before you go to Coastal Trek From Chandipur, Odisha To New Digha, West Bengal:

• Transportation from pick-up point to Base Camp and vice-versa will be provided at a particular time. So you have to report to this place before that time. If you failed to reach within this time then you have to make your own arrangement to reach and return from our Base Camp, or we can arrange a transport depends on availability by paying an additional charge.
• Carry their own backpacks. All common gear will be carried by the support team. If for some reason a trekker is unable to carry his or her backpack, he/she can offload the same by paying an additional charge.
• If for any reason a participant has to drop out from the trek on any day then we will make arrangements for his/her return to the nearest road head. A staff will accompany the participant to the nearest road head.
• The tour operators will not be responsible for any loss/damage of your gears/equipment or other belongings on the trek. And if you damage or lose any of our equipment then you have to pay the full market price of that equipment
• Drinking and smoking during the trek are strictly prohibited. If found flouting the rules, your participation on the trek will be canceled with immediate effect.
• In case of any medical emergency, Medical expenses, if required, at the medical center are to be borne by the participant.
• The tour operators have the right to postpone cancel the Trek/ Cycling/ Camp/ Expedition with or without any reason. They also have the right to terminate the participation of any member at any stage.
• In case of any delay due to bad road conditions or other unforeseen reasons. The tour operators will not be responsible.
• All the issues will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata.
