Know before you book
- This adventure requires a minimum of two individuals to be booked.
- For favoured inns, the above-mentioned show charge applies to four PAX.
- This excursion isn't always recommended for females who are more than three months pregnant, anyone who has had major surgery, anyone who has a damaged leg/arm, anyone who has persistent again or neck difficulties, and so on.
- The climate at high altitudes differs from that of the plains, so it's important to give yourself plenty of time to acclimate.
- Before embarking on the journey, see a physician. Carry primary medicines and a first-aid kit with you for the duration of your trip.
- It is recommended that you bring enough warm clothing and appropriate footwear for the excursion. Because you may transfer the luggage to the backup vehicle, motel, and other locations, the ideal luggage weight is 60 litres.
- Rates can also differ depending on which services/inns are used. Any difference in the charge will be borne by the customer if the bundle is changed before the start of the ride due to an increase in the number of guests, in an alternate, or otherwise.
- The innkeepers are anxious about the availability of their rooms. If they are no longer available, the travellers will be accommodated incomparable assets.
- Universal Adventures retains the right to alter the schedule in the event of any form of disruption (e.g., weather, political events, or other factors), without altering the overall number of days or compromising any service.
- Liability for changes in the itinerary due to factors without our control, such as changes in flight and train schedules, flight/train cancellations, political disruptions, natural phenomena, roadblocks, and so on, will no longer be covered by the bundled charge. There would be no reimbursement for any services or facilities that were neglected.
- If the excursion or a particular pastime isn't always accomplished for any reason, natural or private, no reimbursement will be processed.
- To have a safe and enjoyable trip, pay attention to the excursion publications and teachers.
- The package does not include all-access tickets to stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, kingdom and access fees, monument entries, digital digicam fees, permissions, and other items.
- The bundle fee is subject to GST.
- Any personal expenses or items of a personal nature will no longer be covered by the package. Any food or transfers that are no longer mentioned in the schedule should be considered an exclusion from the bargain. Drinks of any kind (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) aren't always included in the package charge.
- Avoid the use of plastic luggage to protect the destinations' ecological stability. Travellers who litter may face fines.
- The use of a swimming pool at any lodging is strictly regulated by the authorities.
- Following your reservation, you may be informed of the exact location.
- Dry snacks/food, granola bars, and other items should be brought from home. Carry a regular and all other insulated water bottles with you so that you can refill them.
- All international and domestic flights, visa costs, airport tax, and any sort of insurance coverage aren't typically included in the package.
- Carry plenty of cash because ATMs are scarce in high-altitude places, and there are sometimes long lines.
- All passengers are required to carry a duplicate of their scientific certificate (if applicable).
- For the duration of the ride, non-air-conditioned and non-heated vehicles may be used. While travelling, always dresses appropriately for the weather.
- If a tourist wants to or chooses to exit the ride within the middle, the tourist will be responsible for all charges from that point forward. For such choices or any reimbursement, neither the operator nor Universal Adventures could be held liable.
- It is necessary to follow the guidelines established by the state government. Distancing from others must be maintained. Hand sanitization and mask use are recommended regularly.
- Every visitor is required to show identification at the time of booking as well as upon arrival. PAN cards will no longer be accepted as valid proof of identity.
