Know before you book
- This expedition must be booked with a minimum of two people.
- Rates can also vary depending on which services/motels are used. In the event of a modification in the package offer due to an increase in the number of guests, the customer will be responsible for the difference in value.
- Universal Adventures maintains the right to change the schedule due to any type of disruption (i.e., weather, political events, or other factors) without converting the entire number of days and without compromising any service.
- Children over the age of eight years old may be considered adults alone. There are no costs for children under the age of eight.
- The package does not include all-access tickets to stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, nation and access fees, monument entries, digital digicam fees, and so on.
- Any personal costs or items of a personal character will no longer be covered by the package agreement. Any food or transport that is no longer listed on the schedule should be considered an exclusion from the package.
- Drinks of any kind (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) aren't always included in the package deal price.
- The swimming pool is used in strict accordance with the rules set forth by the authorities.
- It is necessary to follow the guidelines established by the state government. Distancing from others must be maintained. Hand sanitizers and masks should be used often.
- Every visitor must present identification at the time of booking as well as when they arrive. PAN cards will no longer be accepted as valid proof of identity.
- Any breakage or damage to equipment within the hotel may be invoiced at cost.
- The lack of availability of motels is a problem. If they are no longer available, the visitors will be housed in similar-class properties.
- Please keep in mind that the price of the package deal may change depending on flight tickets, availability, and the tour's date. It is extremely beneficial to seek assistance from a travel agent.
- Stay in the base classroom as much as possible, depending on the version you've chosen.
- It is usually advised to bring enough warm clothing and appropriate footwear for the excursion.
- The value of the package deal is subject to GST.

- The use of a swimming pool at any lodging is strictly regulated by the authorities.

- More adventure sports and ropeways/cable vehicles are on your own own and aren't included in the excursion.
- Stay inside the confines of the base classroom as much as possible, depending on the version you've chosen.
- If the excursion or specific interest isn't always accomplished for any reason, natural or private, no refund will be processed.
- Transportation Permits to Rohtang by skip are available on the floor and are therefore not included in the Package.
- Within the Hilly Areas, AC will no longer have paintings.
