Know before you book
- Every visitor is required to show identification at the time of booking as well as upon arrival. PAN cards will no longer be accepted as valid forms of identification.
- Rates may also fluctuate depending on which services/motels are used. The price difference will be borne by the purchaser in the event of any changes to the package before the start of the experience, such as an increase in the number of people, a change in the lodge, and so on.
- The lack of availability of motels is a problem. If they are no longer available, the visitors will be accommodated in equivalent assets.
- Universal Adventures retains the right to change the schedule due to any type of disruption (e.g., weather, political conditions, or other factors) without changing the entire number of days or compromising any service.
- The package does not include all-access tickets to stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, nation and access fees, monument admissions, digital digicam costs, permissions, and other items.
- The price of the package is subject to GST.
- Any personal information or items of a private nature will no longer be secured within the bundle. Any food or transport that is no longer listed on the schedule should be considered an exclusion from the package. Any type of beverage (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not covered by the package fee.
- Avoid using plastic luggage to protect the destinations' ecological stability. Travelers who litter may face fines.
- The use of a swimming pool at any lodging is strictly regulated by the authorities.
- Following your reservation, you may be given access to the actual region.
- Dry snacks/food, granola bars, and other items should be brought from home. Carry an insulated water bottle with you at all times so you can replenish it.
- Any damage or breakage to objects within the lodge may be invoiced at cost.
- All international and domestic flights, visa fees, airport tax, and any type of insurance coverage are not included in the package.
- If a visitor wants to or decides to leave the experience within the center, the visitor is responsible for all fees from that point forward. For such choices or any reimbursement, neither the operator nor Universal Adventures can be held liable.
- Guidelines provided by the state government must be followed. Distancing from others must be maintained. Hand sanitizers and masks should be used often.
- Children over the age of eight years old may be considered adults alone. There are no costs for children under the age of eight.
- More adventure sports and ropeways/cable cars are on your own and aren't covered by the tour.
- Any kind of Monumental cost isn't covered by the package.
- Depending on the version chosen, stay in base classrooms.
